Hard to find hole saw

After a week with still no tracking info for an item advertised as 'In Stock' I had to call . The rep I spoke with was very gracious and tried to help to no avail unfortunately. I had to cancel the order.

Not Good

We received the item that we ordered but it took a while to get it. I tried to get in touch with ToolSource to find out if the item had been shipped. It took me a while to find a way to contact them. We called the phone number that was on their website and always got an automated message. Left messages and never got a return phone call. I was finally able to find an email address that worked. We won't work with this company again.

Website was really slow and buggy. I had to enter my shipping address multiple times. It failed and timed out a few times. For payment, same issues. First when trying my Credit Card, it failed a few times. Had to switch over the PayPal, which then also timed out twice.

i found a wrench set and put it in my cart. when i went to check out later the time had expired on thre3 cart and everything in it was erased. when I went to find the items I could not find the same items. I guess I will find them another day.

Poor first experience

I ordered two tools that were on website as in stock. I received an email telling me one of them is back ordered. I have called and emailed. No response yet.
