Terrible customer service
I purchase paint and was charged over 150 dollars for shipping. Just to find out later that the main item I purchase was not truely in their inventory. Now they are telling me I can only be refunded for the item and not the shipping.

Called more than one time and still havnt recieved what I paid for
I placed a order for a williams TM-394 replacement square drive on 12-9-25 and i also paid for 2day air and now it is 1-6-26 and have not received my order. I called twice and was told they would call me back to let me know what is going on with my order and I still have not received a phone call. So I called again today and the recording says they are currently helping other customers. I then called back again the same day and keep getting the same recording. I have been holding up a job by waiting to see whats going on. The first time I bought the same part from them they were amazing.

I found this product on your web site, and it was supposedly ready to ship in 3-4 days. We gave customer service a credit card on 3-6-25 and the credit card was billed on 4-7-25. We checked 2 times for the order. End of May, end of June were the responses, and customer finally received it on 7-7-25. Suggestion is: do not put lead time available on web site for 3-4 days?! Very mis-leading.

The check-out process was painful from start to finish. I was unable to save a new address for my billing, as there is only one submit button on the page. It kept selecting between the two addresses I have saved, but never saving my input information. Through and through your check-out screen feels very clunky and antiquated. Your site is in immediate need for an overhaul to UX and UI.

Purchased some products at pretty low price and I asked about lead time on it. A few days later I was told the order was processed with no ETA. I felt like they wanted me to cancel the order saying there is no ETA given by the manufacturer so I directly contacted the manufacturer and got lead time with 6 weeks. Then I asked them about the lead time again, they said the product I purchased is discontinued and no replacement available so the order was being canceled automatically. I told them it's still available to order from manufacturer but no answer. Just liar. They TOOLSOURCE.COM have no business ethics. Not professional at all.

The overall experience was horrible. First, I was shipped the wrong item. Second, it took days before I could get someone to respond to me. I tried calling (left multiple voicemails), and sent multiple emails. Finally, got someone to respond and they wanted me to send them pictures showing I received the wrong item. I did this. I send pictures of the item clearly showing the part number on the label. I was not the part that I ordered. I originally ordered the gun with the 36" inch extension. I received just the extension. The packing slip matched what I had ordered, not what was delivered. They told me that I was wrong and that I received what I ordered. They stated that they would send me a RMA to send it back. I still have not received that email. I ordered my item on 9-6-2022, received the wrong item on 9-13-2022. Today is 10-10-2022 and nothing has been done.

I ordered a socket from them and paid extra for two day shipping and still have not received my product. I cannot get anyone on the phone. I emailed them and they asked for my invoice number. I gave it to them and have not heard back from them.
They sent me a wrong part, admitted it was their fault, then it took me many emails to get a partial refund TWO MONTHS LATER. I will never go to these ridiculous people again.

No shipping and no answer on their phone. Was more than willing to pay additional shipping. Non responsive.
Tool Source charged my credit card for almost $200 for items that were lost in the mail back in May, promised a refund, and now we're almost into August and they still have not issued that refund and refuse to answer calls. SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The term Customer Service doesn't apply to Tool Source due to the fact they have NONE. I placed and order BEFORE their cutoff time and asked for next day delivery. When it didn't ship I contacted them 3 times asking to cancel the order. They did NOTHING. That was 2nd of April, the shipment was refused they got it back April 18th, and I STILL have not received a refund. 2 Emails requesting my refund have gone with no REFUND. I've filed a complaint with the credit card company and will be filing a fraud case with the Attorney General.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM...

Tried to return an item but was denied due to their proclaimed 30 day mark that is nowhere mentioned on their website. Seems any policy would be posted so the buying public would know before purchasing item.
I'm in Canada and even though buying on their website and filling in all shipping details ,I got an email saying they couldn't fulfill my order and the rate the website calculated..need more than double ! Should of been my warning sign...after paying additionally on my credit card order was shipped..an error was made on the value of the tools leaving me with a huge tax bill at my end..tool source would never let me talk to person handling my issue and had me wait while they trued to resolve the error..long story short , had to have PayPal step in after 5 weeks of waiting ,sent the tools back and waited for my refund..PayPal resolves it promptly(now that's cust service) but never returned my additional shipping charge as that wasn't through PayPal..very poor cust service, very poor communication,,error was at their end, not mind,,tools were only $40, had a job sitting waiting for tools ..this was the best they could do..imho,, stay far away !!
