Had a very odd battery for our Robinair Leak Detector.
Review title tells the entire story, my order say for over a week without shipping until I opened a payment dispute at which point it magically updated. Company support was dismissive and condescending the entire time

Received only the FlexzillaGreen Garden Hose. Order included two Clean-Shot Jet Nozzles. Never received the Clean-Shot Jet Nozzles. Sent an email to the customer service on 08/27/2026, received a response on 08/28/2026 stating, "Thank you for contacting Toolsource. I have reached out to our supplier for an update on the shipping information on QTY 2 Clean-Shot Jet Nozzle. As soon as we have an update we will reach out with the information." I have had no response, no update. Lousy service
