Viskon-Aire Filters 30"W x 300 (FT) x 2.5"D 107X Paint Arrestor - Viskon-Aire

The Viskon-Aire VIS.017-330 Paint Arrestor Filter Media Roll is specifically engineered for high-performance overspray capture in professional automotive and industrial finishing operations. This robust, high-capacity filter media efficiently traps paint particulates, creating a cleaner and safer work environment while simultaneously extending the operational life of crucial ventilation equipment.

Key Features

• High-Efficiency 107X Fiberglass Media: Constructed from durable 18-gram fiberglass with progressive density, this 107X series paint arrestor media achieves over 98% overspray capture efficiency, with documented peaks up to 99.54%. It is resistant to moisture and humidity and fully compatible with modern waterborne coatings, ensuring consistent performance in demanding environments.
• Uniform 2.5-inch Depth: The consistent 2.5-inch depth optimizes airflow and maximizes particulate loading capacity across its entire surface, leading to extended operational cycles and reduced filter change frequency. A blue-tinted air entering layer and skin backing on the air exiting side assist in proper installation and add structural strength.
• Customizable Roll Format (30"W x 300'L): Supplied in a continuous roll, technicians can precisely cut the required length, allowing for efficient filter replacement in diverse paint booth exhaust systems and minimizing material waste.
• Critical Equipment Protection: This professional-grade media effectively prevents the accumulation of sticky paint overspray on vital ventilation components, including exhaust fans and ductwork. This protection extends equipment lifespan, lowers maintenance requirements, and helps maintain peak system performance for industrial painting and automotive refinishing setups.

Applications

• Automotive Paint Booths: Ideal for capturing overspray in vehicle painting and refinishing operations, supporting a clean environment for professional technicians and ensuring quality finishes.
• Industrial Coating Facilities: Suitable for manufacturing plants and workshops performing heavy-duty industrial painting and finishing processes.
• Furniture Finishing: Effective for controlling airborne paint and stain particles in furniture production, helping to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish.
• General Overspray Filtration: Applicable wherever efficient removal of paint, lacquer, or adhesive overspray is required to maintain air quality and equipment integrity.
