Key Features

• High Strength Reinforcement: Formulated with long-strand fiberglass reinforcement, this filler delivers superior strength and rigidity, making it suitable for stressed panels, structural edges, and load-bearing repair areas.
• Broad Substrate Adhesion: Engineered for strong adhesion, it bonds effectively to a wide range of materials, including steel, aluminum, OEM and aftermarket fiberglass, SMC, wood, masonry, and various automotive plastics found on passenger cars, light trucks, commercial vehicles, RVs, and marine components.
• Excellent Bridging Capability: The filler effectively spans holes, rust-outs, and deep damage without sagging, establishing a robust base layer before subsequent filler or glaze applications.
• Crack and Shrinkage Resistance: Designed to maintain repair integrity by resisting cracking and shrinkage, even when subjected to temperature fluctuations, vibration, and impact.
• Refinish System Compatibility: It sands to a stable, featheredgeable surface that is compatible with most refinish systems, including glazing putties, primers, and topcoats.

Applications

Long 'N Strong is commonly utilized in automotive body repair for reconstructing rusted rocker panels, lower quarters, cab corners, and floor sections. It is also effective for reinforcing edges on components such as hoods, doors, and decklids. Additionally, this filler is suitable for fiberglass and SMC repairs on bumpers, truck caps, RV roofs and sides, and marine hulls and decks. In industrial settings, it helps restore and reinforce equipment housings, enclosures, and high-wear panels prior to finishing.
