Super Buflex Sheets Kit - Eagle Abrasives

The Eagle Abrasives Super Buflex Sheets Kit (SP19160) offers professional technicians an advanced dry sanding and finishing solution designed to significantly reduce buffing times and achieve superior surface quality. This comprehensive kit provides the necessary abrasives and tools for refining clear coats and preparing surfaces for polishing, delivering consistent, uniform results across various applications.

Key Features

• Efficient Dry Sanding System: The Super Buflex system is engineered for dry sanding, eliminating the need for water and messy slurries, allowing for real-time progress monitoring and a cleaner workspace.
• Reduced Buffing and Polishing Times: Utilizing an ultra-flexible latex abrasive, these sheets cut quickly while leaving an exceptionally shallow and uniform scratch pattern that is significantly easier to polish than traditional 3000 grit finishes, often reducing buffing time by 50% or more.
• Consistent Scratch Pattern: Manufactured with "Roller Coating" technology, the abrasive grains are distributed uniformly, ensuring a consistent and shallow scratch pattern that minimizes the risk of reappearing scratches.
• Professional-Grade Grits: The kit includes 5 sheets each of K-2000, K-2500, and K-3000 Super Buflex sheets, providing a full range of ultra-fine grits for comprehensive finish sanding.
• Complete Kit Components: Each SP19160 kit includes 15 Super Buflex sheets (5x K-2000, 5x K-2500, 5x K-3000), along with 1 Super Assilex Foam Block and 1 Super Buflex Pad M, providing an all-in-one solution for precise finishing.
• Durable and Clog-Resistant: The sheets are designed for longevity and feature an embedded anti-clogging agent to maintain cutting efficiency and extend abrasive life.

Applications

This kit is ideal for professional automotive and industrial applications requiring meticulous surface refinement. It excels in micro scratch removal, fine finishing on automotive clear coats, and paint correction. The Super Buflex Sheets are effective on high solid/hard paint, fluorine clear, anti-scratch clear, and water paint. Beyond automotive, the system is suitable for mirror finishing processes in painting and resin processing industries, as well as for delicate finishing on woodworking projects and musical instruments, including nuts and frets.
