Mueller - Kueps Heavy Duty VIBRO-IMPACT® pin driver 20mm - Mueller - Kueps

The Mueller-Kueps EQ-290 338 Heavy Duty VIBRO-IMPACT® 20mm Pin Driver is engineered for professional technicians and mechanics who routinely encounter stubborn, seized, or press-fit pins. This specialized tool utilizes Mueller-Kueps VIBRO-IMPACT® technology, combining controlled vibration with precise impact to efficiently dislodge pins while minimizing collateral damage to surrounding components. It provides a robust solution for demanding automotive and industrial service environments.

Key Features

• VIBRO-IMPACT® Technology: Leverages proprietary VIBRO-IMPACT® technology to apply controlled vibration and impact, effectively breaking friction and corrosion to release seized pins rapidly. This design also significantly reduces shock transferred to surrounding components.
• Dedicated 20mm Pin Driver: Precisely sized for 20 mm pins, this design ensures optimal alignment and significantly reduces the risk of mushrooming, bending, or slippage during operation.
• Controlled, Linear Force: Directs driving energy specifically into the pin, safeguarding expensive chassis, axle, and suspension components from unintended stress or damage.
• Heavy-Duty Construction: Built to professional-grade standards by Mueller-Kueps, ensuring reliable daily use and exceptional durability in demanding automotive, truck, and industrial service environments.
• System Compatible: Designed to seamlessly integrate with existing Mueller-Kueps VIBRO-IMPACT® setups, offering consistent and enhanced performance across various pin-driving tasks.

Applications

This pin driver is suitable for professional service on passenger cars, light trucks, and heavy-duty vehicles where corrosion and interference fits are prevalent. Common applications include the removal and installation of 20 mm suspension and chassis pins, axle and hub pins, and alignment pins in confined areas. Its controlled VIBRO-IMPACT® action also makes it suitable for industrial machinery, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and manufacturing lines requiring repeatable, precision pin driving.
