12 OZ MICRO GLASS BALANCING BEADS Case/36 - Ken-Tool

The Ken-Tool 31612 Micro Glass Balancing Beads provide a professional-grade internal tire balancing solution for demanding automotive and industrial applications. These pre-measured 12 oz bags ensure consistent and reliable dynamic balance across a diverse range of commercial, specialty, and heavy-duty vehicles, optimizing tire performance and extending service life.

Key Features

• Comprehensive Assembly Balancing: Engineered to balance the entire rotating assembly, including the tire, wheel, hub, and brake drum, effectively mitigating vibrations and enhancing vehicle stability.
• Advanced Micro Glass Bead Technology: Utilizes proprietary coated micro glass beads designed to resist moisture and prevent clumping, ensuring continuous free movement and dependable balance in varied operational conditions.
• Efficient Pre-Measured Dosing: Each case contains 36 individual 12 oz bags, promoting precise application, accelerating installation times, and streamlining inventory management for high-volume service environments.
• Continuous Dynamic Adaptation: Balancing beads continuously redistribute within the tire to actively counteract developing imbalances caused by changes in speed and load, helping to extend tire life and optimize ride quality.
• Lead-Free Environmental Solution: Eliminates the need for traditional lead wheel weights, addressing environmental concerns and simplifying handling while maintaining an unobstructed wheel face.

Applications

This balancing bead system is suitable for professional tire shops, fleet maintenance departments, and industrial service operations, accommodating a broad spectrum of vehicles:

• Class 5–Class 8 trucks, buses, and commercial trailers.
• SUVs, RVs, and larger passenger vehicles.
• Light trucks, including lifted and modified setups, and 4-wheel drives.
• Off-road and severe-service vehicles where external weights are susceptible to damage or loss.

Suitable for installation during new tire mounting or injection through the valve stem on existing tires (with compatible valve cores).
