Key Features

• Generous 12 x 12 Inch Work Area: Offers ample space for accurate material layout and thorough mixing, designed to fit conveniently on crowded benches, tool carts, or mobile repair stations.
• Durable, Non-Porous Plastic Construction: Engineered to resist material absorption and withstand repeated use with body filler knives and spreaders, ensuring long-term reliability without warping or breaking down.
• Smooth, Non-Stick Surface: Facilitates clean transfers and promotes consistent mix ratios by preventing putties, epoxies, and glazing compounds from bonding to the surface. This also means easy cleanup, reducing downtime between jobs and supporting overall shop cleanliness standards.
• High-Visibility Yellow Color: Enhances contrast, making it easier for technicians to detect streaks and confirm a uniform blend of gray fillers and sealants during preparation.

Applications

This putty board is well-suited for a range of professional applications, including automotive body repair for mixing body fillers, fiberglass repair materials, metal glaze, panel bond adhesives, and epoxy repair compounds on passenger cars, light trucks, and commercial vehicles. It also proves valuable in industrial maintenance, fleet service, and fabrication shops for preparing various sealants, coatings, and adhesives.
