Key Features

• Ultra-Thin 3/32" Width: Designed for fine striping, detailed graphics, and masking tight radii where precision is paramount.
• Conformable Vinyl Backing: Flexibly adheres to complex curves, body lines, spoilers, and panel edges without lifting or wrinkling, ensuring consistent contact and clean paint breaks.
• Sharp, Clean Paint Lines: Its thin construction minimizes paint edge buildup and helps reduce bleed-through, contributing to high-quality basecoat/clearcoat finishes.
• Heat and Solvent Resistant: Maintains integrity through typical automotive bake cycles and exposure to common solvents, basecoats, and clearcoats used in professional environments.
• Residue-Free Removal: Engineered to peel off cleanly in one piece with minimal adhesive transfer, protecting fresh paint and prepped panels when applied and removed correctly.

Applications

This fine line tape is an essential tool for collision repair centers, custom paint shops, and industrial finishing operations. It is commonly utilized on passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and marine components. Practical applications include two-tone and multi-tone layouts, pinstriping, custom graphics and logos, panel transitions, and tight-detail masking on components such as bumpers, fascias, moldings, mirrors, and door jambs.
