GM redesigned the rear brakes, and OTC is keeping up with them! The J38400 brake shoe spanner and spring remover tool is essential for removing the rear brake shoe retaining springs. It also removes and installs the adjuster spring, and can be used to activate the brake self-adjuster mechanism.
