The MH55FAV is a forced air propane heater that offers variable output between 30,000 and 55,000 BTU's. The unit is constructed of rugged, durable steel and has a heavy-duty high output fan. The MH55FAV provides instant heat that is economical, efficient and clean burning. The hose and regulator are included for easy installation. This CSA certified heater will heat up to 1,250 square feet and comes with a with a limited one year warranty
