5 pc. Disposable Damaged Bolt Extractor Ring Set - Titan

The Titan 16058 5 pc. Disposable Damaged Bolt Extractor Ring Set provides professional automotive and industrial technicians with a focused solution for efficiently removing compromised fasteners. These single-application extractor rings are engineered to deliver an aggressive, secure grip on severely rounded, rusted, or stripped bolt and screw heads, enabling quick extraction when conventional tools fail. This set helps minimize workflow interruptions by offering an immediate and effective remedy for problematic hardware.

Key Features

• Secure, Single-Application Grip: Each ring is precision-engineered for a powerful, one-time purchase onto severely damaged fasteners, significantly reducing slippage and preventing further stripping during extraction.
• Optimized Internal Geometry: Features a unique internal profile that firmly engages corroded, rounded, or stripped bolt and screw heads, facilitating reliable and consistent removal.
• Low-Profile Design: The slim ring allows technicians to access and remove fasteners situated in confined spaces, making it suitable for crowded engine bays, interior panels, and tight chassis locations.
• Durable Alloy Steel Construction: Crafted from robust alloy steel with a black manganese phosphate finish for enhanced strength, durability, and corrosion resistance in demanding professional environments.
• Versatile 5-Piece Assortment: Includes essential metric sizes (15, 16, 17, 18, and 19mm) that also accommodate common SAE equivalents (5/8 and 3/4-inch), addressing a broad spectrum of fasteners encountered in various applications.

Applications

This damaged bolt extractor set is well-suited for a variety of challenging fastener removal tasks across passenger vehicles and light trucks, including compromised bolts on brackets, accessory mounts, engine covers, and various chassis components. It proves invaluable for extracting stripped screws and small fasteners found on interior panels, trim pieces, and other automotive trim applications. Additionally, the set is effective for tackling difficult hardware on small machinery, shop equipment, and in field repair scenarios where a comprehensive bolt removal kit might be impractical.
