The SEM 15101 Super White Color Coat is a professional-grade, gallon-sized interior coating engineered for restoring or changing the color of vinyl, plastic, leather, and carpet substrates. This durable formulation provides a consistent, opaque super white finish, ideal for high-use automotive, marine, and industrial environments, functioning as a flexible, fade-resistant, and permanent coating rather than a dye.

Key Features

High-Adhesion Formulation: Bonds effectively to properly prepared vinyl, plastic, leather, and carpet without altering the original texture, ensuring a lasting and professional finish.
Flexible and Crack-Resistant: Forms a durable, flexible film that resists cracking, peeling, and delamination, maintaining material integrity on soft surfaces such as seats, dashboards, and door panels.
OEM Recommended Super White Finish: Delivers an opaque, uniform super white tone, suitable for matching many original equipment manufacturer (OEM) white finishes or for creating custom interiors, meeting professional standards.
UV and Fade Resistant: Engineered to withstand daily use and exposure, providing a durable, UV-resistant, and fade-resistant finish that helps maintain its appearance over time in demanding conditions.
Production-Ready Application: Optimized for efficient spray-gun application directly from the one-gallon container, streamlining workflow for collision repair centers, trim shops, and professional restoration projects.

Applications

SEM Super White Color Coat 15101 is widely utilized for interior restoration and color changes across various automotive applications, including cars, trucks, SUVs, and fleet vehicles. It is suitable for components such as dashboards, consoles, door panels, armrests, headrests, and seat covers. Its versatility also extends to marine upholstery, RV and commercial vehicle interiors, and motorcycle seats. This product is ideal for comprehensive restoration projects, complete interior color changes, and refurbishing faded or stained interior panels when used with appropriate SEM cleaners, preps, and primers.
