The Sem Products 92220 13 OZ LINER is an essential component of the VCS Versatile Cup System, engineered to optimize professional paint applications. This disposable liner system is designed to streamline material transfer, reduce cleanup time, and enhance overall productivity in automotive and industrial refinishing environments. It ensures consistent fluid delivery and versatile spraying capabilities, making it a valuable tool for professional technicians working with various coatings.

Key Features

Dual-Mode Operation: The liner supports both vented and sealed modes, offering flexibility for standard spraying and inverted or steep-angle applications.
Consistent Material Flow: In vented mode, the design promotes unrestricted paint flow, which aids in achieving improved color match and consistency during application.
360-Degree Spray Capability: The sealed mode allows the flexible liner to collapse under vacuum, enabling technicians to spray at any angle, including upside down or in hard-to-reach areas.
Reduced Cleanup and Waste: By isolating coatings within the disposable liner, this system significantly reduces solvent use and cleanup requirements for the reusable hard cup.
Drip Prevention: A specially designed liner vent and hard cup flange work in conjunction to help eliminate drips, maintaining a cleaner work area.
Secure Locking Fit: The liner locks securely into the VCS hard cup, preventing unwanted spinning when attaching or removing lids and during refilling.

Applications

The Sem Products 92220 13 OZ LINER is specifically designed for use within paint cup systems, facilitating various painting processes in professional settings. It is ideal for automotive refinishing tasks in body shops and collision repair centers, as well as for industrial painting and coating applications that demand precise and efficient material delivery.
