The Thexton 105 Cold-Chek®-Charg-Chek® Refractometer is a handheld instrument that measures the refractive index of a solution. It is used to test anti-freeze (EG/PG) protection and battery electrolyte (state of charge). The instrument requires just one drop of solution to make a measurement, and it features Fahrenheit and Centigrade scales for anti-freeze plus a scale showing degree of battery charge. The Cold-Chek®-Charg-Chek® Refractometer also has calibration adjustment and adjustable focus. It comes with a small screwdriver, eye dropper, and padded case.
