BRAKE CALIPER KIT - Mastercool

The Mastercool 43050 Brake Caliper Kit delivers a highly efficient pneumatic solution for professional disc brake service. Designed for rapid and secure retraction of caliper pistons, this robust tool enables seamless single-technician operation across a broad spectrum of passenger vehicles and light trucks. Its construction prioritizes durability and consistent performance, making it an indispensable asset in demanding automotive and industrial environments.

Key Features

• Pneumatic Operation: Utilizes standard shop air to provide controlled and consistent piston retraction, significantly reducing technician fatigue and accelerating brake service cycle times.
• Universal 15-Piece Adapter Set: Includes a comprehensive array of adapters compatible with both right-hand and left-hand wind-back rear calipers, ensuring extensive coverage for most domestic and import vehicle applications.
• Durable Construction: Features a lightweight yet robust anodized aluminum body, a non-impact single piston shaft, and a chrome alloy steel center shaft, all engineered to withstand continuous use in professional settings. An O-ring protected shaft further maintains proper pressure during operation.
• Magnetic Adapter Base: A magnetic press base securely holds adapters in place during compression, promoting proper alignment and minimizing the risk of slippage for enhanced safety and operational efficiency.
• Organized Storage Case: The Mastercool 43050 kit comes with a durable blow-molded case, ensuring the tool and all adapters remain protected, organized, and readily accessible for efficient in-bay or mobile use.

Applications

The Mastercool 43050 Brake Caliper Kit is an essential tool for routine brake pad replacements, comprehensive disc brake service, and caliper maintenance. It is particularly valuable in professional repair shops and fleet maintenance operations where consistent piston retraction improves quality control, minimizes setup time, and facilitates efficient single-technician brake services on most passenger cars and light trucks equipped with disc brakes.
