The Tracer Products TP-3840-12025 Universal A/C Dye pack provides professional technicians with a precise and reliable solution for efficient leak detection across a wide range of automotive and HVAC systems. This multipack includes twelve pre-measured 1/4 oz bottles, ensuring consistent, accurate dosing for single-system applications and streamlining workflow in busy service environments.

Key Features

• Broad System Compatibility: Engineered for use in most automotive, light/medium-duty truck, and commercial A/C systems, as well as residential and commercial HVAC equipment. It is compatible with R-1234yf, R-134a, and other common refrigerants and lubricants, including those in hybrid and electric vehicles.
• High-Visibility Fluorescent Response: Delivers a bright, clear fluorescent (green) response under UV/blue light, enabling rapid and accurate identification of even small or intermittent leaks in refrigerant and oil components.
• Consistent Pre-Measured Dosing: Each 1/4 oz (7 ml) bottle provides an exact, single dose, preventing over- or under-treatment and simplifying the maintenance of proper system balance while improving workflow efficiency. This format is ideal for efficient fleet maintenance.
• Professional-Grade System Integrity: Formulated to circulate within the system without degrading components, causing clogs, or negatively affecting A/C operation, ensuring professional-grade reliability and system integrity.
• Concentrated Formula: Offers robust leak-detection performance with minimal volume added to the system, preserving refrigerant balance and overall system efficiency.

Applications

This Universal A/C Dye is suitable for initial leak diagnostics, routine preventative maintenance checks, and post-repair verification following component replacement or refrigerant recharge. It is compatible with most UV leak detection lamps and inspection procedures commonly used in professional service environments.
