The Cliplight Compressor Turner Tool is a tool that is designed to provide the user with an easy way to rotate the compressor shaft prior to start up if there is no Hex-end or nut on the clutch hub. This tool is recommended by OE compressor manufacturers and is designed to spread lubrication to prevent compressor damage at start-up. It threads into most hex-less clutch hubs and uses a standard 19mm (3/4") wrench. The Cliplight Compressor Turner Tool also allows the technician to check for internal damage and break compressor lock-up due to sticky protective coatings. It turns the compressor in the direction of normal rotation and is patent pending.
