Roloc Bristle Discs - 2 In - 80 Grit - Yellow - 3M Automotive

The 3M Automotive 7525 Roloc Bristle Discs are professional-grade abrasives engineered for efficient and controlled surface preparation across a wide range of automotive and industrial metals. These 2-inch, 80-grit yellow discs are designed for aggressive material removal while effectively helping to preserve underlying base metals and critical sealing surfaces. They are an essential tool for professional technicians utilizing right-angle die grinders in collision repair, mechanical maintenance, and fleet environments.

Key Features

• Rapid Disc Changes: The 3M Roloc quick-change system facilitates swift disc swaps on compatible 2-inch Roloc holders, maximizing grinder uptime and minimizing setup time between tasks.
• Durable Abrasive Bristles: Molded, abrasive-impregnated bristles deliver consistent cutting performance and extended service life under rigorous daily shop use.
• Aggressive 80-Grit Coarse Action: The coarse 80-grit abrasive provides aggressive material removal, with yellow color coding ensuring easy identification within your toolkit.
• Controlled, Non-Gouging Cleaning: These discs clean, strip, and deburr more gently than traditional wire wheels, helping to prevent undercutting on steel, aluminum, and machined surfaces.
• Conformable to Contours: The flexible bristle design effectively reaches into tight spaces, flanges, bolt patterns, and curved panels without aggressive edge digging, preserving critical surfaces.
