Applications: H2- F, Y CAR For appearance reasons, the brackets used to install the engine in the chassis of the 1998 F-car are removed at the factory. To avoid component damage when lifting the engine, special shaped brackets are required.
- Two brackets are attached to the cylinder heads with bolts included with the tool. One is attached to the front left; the other at the right rear of the engine.
- A jib crane and chains are hooked into the brackets lifting eyes.
- A lifting bridle is recommended to assure no damage occurs to the intake manifold and the eight separate coils mounted to the valve covers.
