Steering Wheel Lock Plate Tool The popular 57200 Steering Wheel Lock Plate Tool has been superseded by the 57340 model, which now includes an additional smaller puller frame. The new puller frame works on late model General Motors vehicles with the gear shift on the floor. The tool fits most domestic lock plates, including tilt and telescoping columns and vehicles with airbags.
