Spot-Eze speeds up and simplifies a time-consuming and troublesome spot-weld removal operation on car bodies. It is an inexpensive compound drill, available in four sizes, 5/16" and 3/8" cut diameter, and in a 2" and longer 3" length.
Spot-Eze simplified construction allows it to resharpen easier than a standard drill. The replaceable center starting drill allows the main drill body to start quickly and guides the total drill in removing the weld in the outermost panel only. No pre-punching is necessary! Spot-Eze, because of its unique design, will not walk off the spot-weld area and is capable of removing spot-welds in awkward angles. It leaves the attachment panel with an extremely small hole, which can be later used for plug welding.
