Perfect for shops servicing heavy trucks or off-road equipment. For heavy pressing tasks, the lower press bed rolls out for safe and easy loading and unloading of the work with a crane or other lifting device.
Movable ram head and remote pump control, combined with large, open work area, allow operator to easily view work from any side during the pressing operation. Heavy-duty, cold-rolled steel construction ensures durability to withstand loads of full-rated capacity.
Features:
Roll-Bed Design - Lower two levers and push or pull...the bed glides in and out from under the ram smoothly on bearings. Loading and unloading of work becomes an easier task.
Adjustable Lower Bed Width - For secure balancing and centering of large, bulky jobs, the lower bed width is adjustable. Just loosen the locking bolts and you can adjust the bed from 4" to more than 27".
Movable Workhead - For off-center pressing jobs, the workhead moves smoothly on bearings across the upper bolster.
Off-Center Load Capacity - Regardless of where the work-head is placed, these presses can still be used at their full-rated capacity.
Lifting Mechanism - To raise or lower the upper bolster, simply turn a crank handle. A screw mechanism raises or lowers both sides evenly, in one continuous movement; a heavy duty 1/2" drill motor can replace the handle for automated adjustment, if desired. Four locking pins hold the bolster in place for pressing.
Reliable Hydraulic Power - The hydraulic ram of these heavy-duty presses meets the ANSI B30.1 standard.
