This unique tool, with it's patent pending press and pull cup design allows the technician proper power steering pump seal removal on most G.M. power steering pumps 1975 to present. With this new design for removing seals, the conventional and the difficult pick method is no longer necessary.
Because of the slim design of this tool, you don't have to remove the pump from the engine. With this special tool you will be able to both remove the old seal and install the new seal quickly and easily. In using this tool you will not damage the pump pulley shaft.
