Phenolic Backing Disc Combination Pack - 3In, 4In & 5In Different size combinations of phenolic reinforced backing plates for sanding and grinding work. Skin packaged for display. Each disc has the same molded depressed center contour and 7/8" I.D. hole. Maximum safe speed is 6,000 RPM. Always wear safety goggles for this type of work.
