What is your billing policy?
ToolSource™ will charge your credit card for the full order amount within 48 hours of the order being placed this includes phone and internet orders. ToolSource is constantly updating item pricing on our site to reflect market conditions, The price that was in effect at the time that your order was placed is the price that you will be invoiced.
