  • The OmiDetect is a diagnostic tool for activating and checking Radio Frequency (RF) wheel sensors as fitted to new tire pressure monitoring systems. The OmiDetect can also check Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitters, both at RF frequencies and infrared (IR) transmissions.

    The OmiDetect connects via the vehicle diagnostic socket and relays information to a clear easy to read display.

    • Activation range: 50 -200mm (2 to 8ins) dependent on sensor and wheel type
    • Activation formats: Continuous Wave and Pulse Code Modulated
    • RF detection frequencies: 315MHz (USA model only), 418MHz (European model - RKE only), 433MHz, 868MHz<
    • IR detector: 38kHz format reception
    • TPMS valve sensor activation: Inductively coupled RF at 125kHz
