Merit Series Hydraulic Bottle Jacks

Designed and built overseas to exacting OTC standards, with operator safety as a priority. A safety overload factor has been built in. Jacks can be used vertically, horizontally, or at an angle for application versatility. Jacks have fewer working parts, internally machined oil passages, extremely smooth bearing surfaces, and close tolerances to ensure trouble-free service and long life. Each of these jacks also features: Oil bypass system to prevent the lifting ram from being over-extended, which could damage the cylinder. Hot forged jack bases for lighter weight and added strength. ACME threaded extension screw on most models, carrying handle, and zinc plated pump handles. A one-year warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. These units can be repaired in the field. Capacity 30 tons, retracted height minimum 11 inches, height with screw extended 17 1/4 inches, number of pump strokes to extend piston one inch is 35, saddle diameter is 2 3/8 inches, base size 7 9/16 x 7 3/8, with a carry handle. Wt. 45 lbs.
