Holds hood, door or trunk lid open during repair, replacement or body work.
To use: Open hood or door and place large end of the column in a stable and stationary location, and position small telescoping rod on a secure spot under the hood or on door. Extend telescoping rod to desired opening. Pressure of the hood or door secures Hood Holder in position.
To disengage: Lift free end of trigger. For proper operation, trigger should touch only on closed side of trigger guard.
Warning - Not for use as a heavy duty support - 50 lbs. maximum!
