Hollow Punch Set - Government Stock Used for punching round holes in paper, fiber, cloth, rubber, leather and other gasket materials.The set consists of seven hole punches from 1/4" to 5/8" and a drive mandrel.Made from alloy steel and heat-treated.Place material to be punched on a wooden surface, and tap mandrel.Do not use on metal surfaces.
