3/4" A/C Spring Lock Coupler Tool
Used to disconnect 3/4" spring lock air conditioning couplings on Ford vehicles. The job is especially difficult on Taurus, T-Bird, Mustang due to the accumulator being located near the firewall. The technician must be able to work with both hands when disconnecting the accumulator from the evaporator. The 8025 can be inserted into the spring lock coupling and locked into place, allowing the technician to use both hands to do the job. Applicable on the following vehicles with 3/4" spring lock couplings: Aerostar, Explorer, Mustang, Cougar, Ranger, Taurus, Sable, T-Bird and Windstart. AC systems R12 and R134a.
