Disc Rotor/Ball Joint Gage
Use to check runouts of disc rotors and wear of ball joints. This multi-purpose gage can be used to check many other problems; such as, runout of wheels and tires, wearing of camshafts, valve guides and backlash of gears.
Dial Gage attaches to flex-arm and can be set in varying positions by locking lever mounted on its base. Vise lock pliers are supplied which attach flexible arm to any rigid part. By setting the gage directly on its spindle, erroneous readings caused by movement or vibrations of the wheel cannot occur.
