Chrysler Corporation & Ford Heater Hose Disconnect Tool - For Use on Front and Rear Heater Cores This specially designed tool reaches into the inaccessible area next to the firewall on Aerostar Vans and for rear heater cores. This tool easily removes heater hoses with 3/4" or 5/8" quick disconnect couplings. These quick disconnect couplings are connected to the heater cores on: 1987 to current Chrysler Town & Country, Dodge Caravan, and Plymouth Voyager, 1986 to current Ford Aerostar vans and 1990 & later Econoline vans.
