Heli-Coil Thread Repair Inserts are precision formed thread liners made of coiled 18-8 stainless steel wire. When installed into tapped holes, they provide permanent conventional screw threads. The insert features an installation tang which is notched for easy removal. - Stainless steel insert for bebuilding or remanufacture applications.
