ESI902 is a great little Code Scanner, it packs a great deal of capability into a small package. Code Buddy +Plus works with all 1996 and later OBDII compliant US, European and Asian vehicles. Supports CAN (Controller Area Network) and all other current OBDII protocols. Should the vehicle set a hard trouble code, freeze frame data can be viewed as well. Code Buddy +PLUS can read and clear generic and manufacturer specific DTCs and pending codes.
Further capabilities include displaying I/M and Emissions Readiness Status as well as MIL status. This unit will also display the VIN and calibration IDs of 2002 and newer vehicles supporting Mode 9.
